Matthew Davis received his law degree from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law in 2009. While in law school, he participated in many trial competitions, was the Associate Director of the Negotiation Competition, served as Representative to the ABA, and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.
Before attending law school, Matt received a degree in Political Science from Troy University. He has served in the military since October of 2001. Matt joined the Alabama Army National Guard following September 11, 2001, serving in Afghanistan from 2004-2005.
Matt is currently a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, and Birmingham Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in all Alabama State Courts as well as the Northern District of Alabama.
Matt lives with his wife and children in Leeds, Alabama.
